European MSSP Delivering AI-Driven SOC, Managed Detection and Response

Aiuken Cybersecurity is a Madrid-headquartered managed security service provider that describes itself as a European MSSP and a global supplier of security operations centre services. Its buyers are large enterprises, small and mid-sized businesses, and public administration bodies. Delivery runs through a network of SOCs staffed by analysts the company says carry more than ten years of experience, with operations spanning roughly a dozen countries. The business now sits inside Allurity, a European cybersecurity group assembling regional specialists across the continent.

At the core of the offering is ASIP, a proprietary platform marketed as SOC 5.0. It ingests logs and security telemetry from critical assets and security devices, then applies pattern matching, threat hunting and AI models to surface malicious behaviour and raise alerts on a 24x7x365 basis. Detection content is mapped to MITRE, CAPEC and NIST frameworks, and cloud coverage uses native connectors into Azure, AWS and Google Cloud so telemetry is pulled directly rather than through intermediate collectors. Response follows a six-phase incident lifecycle with SOAR playbooks automating well-defined cases.

Two things separate the portfolio from a straight MDR play. First, the SOC is offered white-label, letting partner integrators deliver monitoring under their own brand on a pay-per-use commercial model. Second, coverage extends into OT and IoT environments with modular services for segmentation, legacy-device hardening, real-time asset inventory and anomaly detection. Around that sits a proactive practice spanning red teaming, continuous vulnerability assessment, attack-surface modelling, dark-web intelligence and awareness training, backed by Spanish ENS certification and partnerships with major cloud and endpoint vendors.
